For 25 years, Ballina’s Paradise FM Community Radio Station has been the trusted voice of our community, delivering up-to-date, reliable, and informative content to keep us at the forefront of community engagement. Not to mention the most sought-after playlist of the best music of all time.
To have achieved this, we have always enlisted the very best volunteers, who have given us the ability to deliver great radio, and to provide massive support to all of our community groups who rely so heavily on Paradise FM to spread the word for them!
Right now, like never before, we really need your help!!
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administration volunteers with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in administrative roles and a bubbly, positive personality that can contribute to a friendly and efficient office environment.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a team, we would love to hear from you!
If you are looking for a new challenge, need a change of pace, or wanting to give something back to your community, you’ll love Paradise FM, for as many or few hours as your can spare.

Paradise FM Community Radio Association Inc. is a community radio station that relies largely on our volunteers to keep operations running. Our volunteers come from a wide range of backgrounds.
We are looking for volunteers to join our team and help with all aspects of running a community radio station. This could include admin, phone, computer, or anything you can offer.
It could be a few hours or as much as you can assist.
